I have been in the hair industry for over 40 years, the hair industry has definitely changed since I started out! With continuing education I have learned many new styles and techniques to share with you all, so please feel free to come in for a free hair consultation!

My names Carmen and I’ve been working in the field for about 9 years now! I have worked at Francesca’s salon my whole career, and consider it my home away from home! I enjoy working behind the chair and making my clients look & feel beautiful.This career has been rewarding for me in so many ways. I don’t consider it just a “job”, but something I enjoy doing thoroughly. Being able to make women feel beautiful, and be apart of so many of life’s ups and downs has been an absolute pleasure!
